I use miles hire for all my plant hire Jodie is always available to help and sort out my hire she is always polite and helpfull. Andy drops off the machinery and he is brilliant always calls to let me know a time and day. Wouldn't hire from anywhere else.

I never write reviews but I had an amazing service from this company. I hired a paddle mixer online over the bank holiday weekend and spoke to Jodie beforehand about when to pick it up. I dont drive and thought I would be able to carry the item home myself. Then when I arrived and spoke to Jodie she identified that I would need a transformer as well and got that for me at no extra cost. This extra weight would have made it too heavy for me to get home so they also kindly gave me a lift back to my house which was local as well. She also said that the weekend time slot Id paid for was the same cost as a week so not to rush about bringing the tool back. All in all, I couldnt have asked for a better more customer focused experience, and all from a local company. And thats not even considering that their rates are very reasonable in the first place!

Dealt with Tim Tilbrook and Jodie Passmore. Both friendly, helpful and professional. Great equipment and reasonable prices. Will be renting from Miles Hire Ltd again!

Jodie helped with closing down the hire and prompt collection with no hesitation! Good tools and service throughout, no issues with the deposit.
