Moved to a new estate had to cancel BT as this area is only covered by OFNL Ive set up an account and received my router with go internet, now me and the go internet providers have been chasing up OFNL for an engineer to come and fit my line its been 3 weeks everyday of nagging and still no response to for an appointment its getting a joke, keep being told sorry no response from the engineers and nothing we can do by OFNL, this is very poor customer service I understand they would be busy with many new estates going up but the response and time waiting to get an appointment date is horrendous, with many other bad reviews they need to sort it out or just let BT take over

Really bad service, can only pick from a very limited choice of suppliers, Which are more expensive then providers NOT on the Open Fibre Network. After contacting them i was told i had 17 different networks to choose from, compared to the 90 different suppliers if not on OFNL network. They also told me when i bought my house that i would be able to change to a more competitive network after a year. 5 years later and still dont have anything that compares financially to vodafone, Jurassic fibre, bt,or any of the other big suppliers. I planned on staying in my house for the foreseeable. But if i would of know in 2022 this would be the case i would of bought a house somewhere else. Beware the OFNL on a new house building site.

Just moved onto a new estate - Coopers Grange, Bishops Stortford and OFNL run a service here that's not fit for purpose. Internet drops out virtually every night, the estate has just had no TV or satellite for 24hrs. Recorded messages say they are trying to fix it, staff on the phone are not aware of a problem. They have no competion, they have the estate by the short and curlies. If you work from home and internet is really important, don't move here! I'm going to put this outfit forward as a suggestion for new staff uniforms............

Worst service ever!!! These guys just take their customers for granted. Since they control the infrastructure, they just take their customers for granted; knowing that we can't move our clientele elsewhere. I have had no connection for a fortnight now. They promised to send an engineer with a 14 days wait. As that date approaches, you just get an email notifying you that the date has been pushed back. And there is basically nothing you can do about it as they manage the actual infrastructure delivering connection to your house. A nonchalant customer service with a so called fibre network that manages to drop connection almost every evening. I upgraded to fibre just to get worse service than before. An absolute joke!
