Onecom

Avoid at all costs!! I was mis-sold a mobile plan that they will not let me out of. All the quick talk on the phone was entirely misleading, whilst signing up to a contract with them. They said they could beat my current monthly cost of 16 per month and I'm now paying almost 100 per month for a SIM only deal!!! I tried complaining to Vodafone as that's my network whilst with Onecom, but they take no responsibility saying they are a separate entity and that they are apparently inindated with similiar complaints. There was a problem between my bank and Onecom where my direct debit could not be taken and rather than contacting me giving me the opportunity to fix the problem, they shut off all my phone services including outbound calling and the Internet!! I am extremely angry with Onecom and will do my best to spread my poor experience. Craig

Appalling company . Complete scam . My business is suffering due to the excessive charges on unneeded telecoms contracts sold as 'free' and bonuses. Totally fed up. I need help to get out of these contracts before my business fails.

So far not good!!!!! Wish I never changed from EE. Totally messed my contract up also had huge amount of money taken out leaving me short in school holidays. I had to change contract to fit my budget even though I ask them to listen back to my calls to confirm they were intact wrong! Rest of service after they sorted that is ok but lets see how long they take to Pay off my old contract once they receive the bill. Will update further then.

Don't get involved with rlthis appalling company. You can not get out of the contract as there is no cooling off period. They give you all the talk, make it sound like a good deal but don't be fooled. I'm at present talking to off com to see if something can be done.. they don't tell you that it'son a pro rater basis either. I'm being charged 179.00 this month. They talk so fast and the important stuff is quickly followed on with "let's get you a password set up.. this company is diabolical. Please don't get involved with them.
