Glamorgan Telecom

I have never been so harassed in my life. I was receiving weekly calls asking to upgrade my system despite being told I was not in the market. They were telling me blatant lies about my system that it was not compatible to move to SIP, when I am using SIP!!! My incumbent Comms company blocked their number for me, then Glamorgan had the audacity to ring me from a mobile number! Avoid!! I have heard nothing but horror stories.

Really disappointed to have to post this but we feel like we have been mugged - given really good reasons for transferring in personal mobile numbers, simple, no issues - just request PAC codes - boss signed, but we have no copy, no cool-off and we are being hit with termination fees and a patronising "do you understand what a contract is?" Yes we do, and we will make sure with sales like this we NEVER sign a contract with Glamorgan Telecom again. It is such a shame because we considered them to be a decent company but things must be very tough in sales if they are stooping to this.

Great service: sales, office, tech and training. Been with Glamorgan for a number of years with just the phone system itself, but moved over all our services at the beginning of the year. BT were a nightmare letting us go, but office support at Glamorgan got in touch with BT direct and sorted everything out for us. Fab tech support whilst setting the new system up and trust me we had lots of questions, and its great to see our point of contact who calls to see us in person when shes passing, just to make sure all is going well, once again, I always have a question for her, that she settles straight away.

We have upgraded our telephone system with Glamorgan, staff are very helpful, Gemma was first class.

Great help from Gemma when she called in today. Friendly and efficient service as usual. After sales service goes a long way. Would definitely recommend Glamorgan Telecom.
