Me and my friend came in here for the first time whilst visiting Pontypridd today around 12:15pm, the lady at the desk didnt even say hello or ask us if it was our first time all we got was date of birth from her, took for her to search us on the system to finally realise it was our first time and we didnt know why she was asking for our date of birth as had never been before. Im a bit wary of what beds I use but when I asked the assistant what beds they have or what tubes she said she I dont know, theyre just sunbeds so I decided not to have one, My friend decided to sign up so she could try one, she gave her a free sample of cream which was nice and it smelt lovely but when I asked the girl what cream it was she said I dunno its just accelerator she made me feel stupid for asking questions and she didnt seem to know anything about the beds or the lotions. Overall wouldnt visit again, beds are very outdated and old looking and staff are extremely rude. Service: Tanning
