Having visited Damascus a few times, it is lovely to have authentic tasting sweets without having to travel to London.
The ma'moul was delicious with a
delicate hint of orange blossom, perfect casing, generous with pistachios and not too sweet.
The filo triangles with ishta (Arabic cream) were lovely.
I look forward to eating in and trying more flavours after Ramadan, insha Allah.
