Tried returning a DHL parcel and the gentleman working in the shop was unacceptably rude and deceiving. Tried to convince me he cant send my preprinted label while not even unlocking his phone screen to scan it. Will be making DPD aware of this behaviour. If I could give less than one star, I would.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this shop. They have got into the habit of double scanning items. I've been overcharged twice in the last 6 months. Once for a bottle of tizer and again 16th March with a Magnum ice cream that I did not purchase. They will act like it's an accident then get angry for pointing it out. If you do decide to use this shop, ask for a receipt because they don't automatically print one out for you in hope that you won't question the price. On second thoughts they shouldn't even continue their business. It's actually a joke reading all the other reviews from this shop. I'm not the only one who thinks the old owners were much better, always stocked and didn't sell out of date products with the labels reprinted to be in date. It's more than a joke. It's documentary worthy. It's a horrible, dirty, grubby, shop that sells out of date stuff. Over priced drinks and charges double when you are looking. GET THE RECEIPT CHECK IT.
