Having come across a load bearing wall in my house that I wanted to remove I got in touch with Phillip @ Cilddewi Consulting. The experience was effortless from the offset with a visit and the calculations sent through in less than a week as not to slow down the builders. Highly recommended and thanks.

I was searching for a Surveyor regarding some footings for an extension as per Councils requirements. I called Phillip who said he would call out Bank Holiday Monday. He came out very professional service provided, polite and friendly. Day later had all in writing via email. What a service provided certainly recommend this company

I contacted Phillip as we required a structural design of a failed retaining wall. He replied within 24 hours and arranged a site visit, arriving at the agreed time. Phillip took the time to understand our needs and the constraints of the project, discussing options for the rebuild. We were keen to use a commercial structural block and Phillip undertook a significant amount of research for us. The company who manufacture the blocks have their own design team which Phillip recommended using, despite meaning this would reduce his involvement and therefore result in effect, losing work. To suggest this, when others would have kept the project to themselves to maximise profit, demonstrates his integrity and desire to provide the best for his clients. I would wholeheartedly recommend Phillip to anyone and we will certainly use his services in the future.
