Had a fantastic experience cant fault it. Our waitress Kasia was very attentive - super welcoming, couldnt do enough for us, thanks so much Really dont understand the bad reviews and what people expect! Lovely staff food and environment felt lovely on a spring day in Cardiff x

Efficient Staff. Welcoming atmosphere. We were shown to our seats and provided with menus. Meals were delicious and served promptly. Steaks were cooked to perfection. Finished off our meal with puddings. Staff were attentive and courteous. Our first visit but certainly wont be our last.

Booked for 3pm and got our afternoon tea at 3.45pm. They didn't come back to us the whole time we were there to offer more tea or see if we were okay. A very basic afternoon tea. Not what we would expect for this type of establishment, chocolate cake, carrot cake and a brownie. Sandwiches, salmon, cucumber, beef and ham and mustard and scones with jam and cream. Had better ones at Clayton and Park Plaza.

Trading on the name unfortunately. Very inexperienced staff trying their best but poor service and poor food. Miller and Carter beats it hands down
