        James was very knowledgable. I had been suffering with Achilles and tennis elbow problems for quite some time. He was able to pinpoint the issues and after the first session I feel immensely better. I would definitely recommend.

        I booked an appointment with James following a friends recommendation. I was so glad I took her advice. Ive been experiencing ongoing shoulder and hip pain for years and have never been able to improve the problem after visiting many therapies. James was professional and found the areas that needed work straight away and has provided much relief. Highly recommended.

James was able to quickly pinpoint the areas that needed work and used a range of techniques loosen up the area. I felt so much better afterwards. Very professional, good quality treatment.
