Best sports massage I've ever found. The only person who can unlock my back! I've always struggled with a tightness in my lower back which I sometimes make worse through lifting heavy and I've been to pretty much every massause and chiropractor in cardiff over the years. Alice was the first person who was able to give me relief and every time I see her she works her magic. I've been to her with various overuse niggles and injuries and she always gets me moving again Cannot recommend highly enough!

Training +6 times a week I regularly book in to see Alice to help me recover and continue training safely. I have always felt comfortable with Alice. She spends time understanding how and why I train which influences the support she provides. As Alice also works within the NHS I am confident that she is very knowledgeable about how she can support and is always applying current and best practice. With Alice you are in safe hands! Absolutely love a sports massage with Alice! Shes great and makes you feel comfortable. She works wonders on my back. Cant wait for my next appointment and would highly recommend! X

've been suffering from a hamstring/Calf injury for sometime now and have tried various treatments with minimal success. I booked an appointment with Alice, after one session I was able to walk pain free for the first time in quite a while.
