Sports Thai Therapy

Absolutely fantastic! It's not often you'll find a male Thai massage therapist who is also a certified and skilled in Sports massage therapy. I was deeply relaxed during the massage as the pressure was consistent and firm, but not uncomfortable. Because the therapist was so thorough, there was not an ounce of tension left in my muscles by the time the massage was done. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Sila at Sports Thai Therapy. I had a 2 hours session with Sila on 21/08/21 and I definitely felt much better after. I enjoyed that he combined sports/deep tissue massage with Thai therapy and stretching. Sila also took a lateral flow test prior to my appointment with me, as I work with vulnerable people - which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely visit again when Im in Cardiff next time. Thank you Sila and for my yummy post therapy drink!

Excellent service provided. I would highly recommend to everyone. Sila is very knowledgeable and offers excellent treatment and targets areas very skilfully as well as providing overall thorough treatment to relive aches and pains, combined with the correct stretching movements my muscles felt lose and relaxed when I left. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Have been suffering from tight hamstrings for a while and have been to see chiropractors as well to loosen it up but never felt a difference. After the sports Thai massage legs felt lighter straight away and got rid of knots all over my body. Would 100% recommend a visit
