Brilliant place! I suffer with muscular arthritis and hyper mobility. Now aside from these issues having to be isolated for about a year due to Covid my muscles have definitely weakened. As a result of that I ended up pinching my sciatic nerve and boy was it painful. However Stuart not only eased the pain but gave me some brilliant advice on what to do to help restore it to normal. His advice really did help and I'm almost back to normal with it now after just a two sessions and a few weeks of stretches at home. I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone having trouble with their muscles. They don't just ease the pain but help you with specific tailored advice on what areas to focus on. It really is a place about getting you to a pain free place rather than just giving you a short fix. Also very hygienic and clean which is important as I am vulnerable to infections hence the year of isolation. Stuart is very friendly and professional so I definitely recommend giving it a try.
