After a 3 month layoff from running due to a persistent calf muscle injury, I contacted Matt. After 2 sessions of massage and effective physio I am now back running. I would definitely recommend Matt if you have any running related problems.

I had a session regarding lower back pain with Matt, he was able to give me in-depth insight into the areas for concern that previous specialists haven't been able to, leading to an almost full recovery - the rest is up to time!

Id been a follower of the Treatment Room for a a number of years, always seeing positive news feedback from those who used them. I was struggling considerably with a tight glute and an awful lot of tightness in the shoulder. Matt provided me with treatment, remedying the issues within two sessions. Matt used massage therapy, dry needling and cupping, which I have never experienced before. Matt provides a calming, and knowledgable aura during his treatments. Whilst getting to know you as a client and your needs, Matt takes particular attention on getting to know you personally. The treatment within the clinic, is followed Uk with movements and information in maintaining those areas worked on. I can soundly say that by continuing with the exercises and stretches that were advised, I maintained good health of those areas. Overall the experience was of the best I have come across. An amalgamation of many different personal traits Matt holds, makes the pain you pay him to inflict, worthwhile and enjoyable.
