My experience at the trampoline park last weekend was unfortunately marred by the behavior of the so called "manager". . She was very rude and unprofessional, which made me and my group feel unwelcome. We were attending a birthday party, and she even alienated the parents of the birthday boy. It's a shame because we were looking forward to a fun day out, but we won't be returning to this park in the future. As a customer, I believe that we deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, and this was not the case during our visit. I hope that the owners takes steps to address these issues and create a more welcoming environment for their guests.

Great place for the kids, very cold in building, cafe needs updating, coffee was not nice,no brown sugar. could sell more product if extended your range on offer lots of counter space to take it, would bring my son again

Pleasantly surprised. Was super quiet on Good Friday. Easy to find Late arriving due to traffic. Guy behind the counter quite sarcastic with his reply "Oh, I don't know why that could be" insinuating it was because of Easter. Son loved it though. Only downfall is where my choice of seating was upstairs at the Diner. Near the stairs and people/kids were running past and you could feel every step and bounce. Drinks nearly went over on a few occasions.
