Helen has been helpful and professional throughout our solar panel and battery installation. We had a few niggles and she spent loads of time making sure the problems were resolved. I would recommend them over all big national companies, with one of those we waited 9+ months for it to still not have a start date and be waiting on a refund for an unknown period. Cymru solar were able to arrange installation within weeks and provide a similar high quality system for the same price.

Rang this company because my solar panels had stopped working. They said they needed to know what the error message on the transponder was. I was reluctant to go into my attic as I have never been in there. They said they would ask someone to come and do it for me, they didn't. Rang again and left message, no-one got back to me. Forced myself to do go into the attic and rang back, they said they would send estimate for repair that day, they didn't. Rang again and asked if they wanted the business, assured they would contact me the next day without fail they did not. The positive reviews are from years ago, no wonder! next day with quote,

Despite not having installed my solar panels, I sent a request to help diagnose a problem. Helen called me in a couple of hours and after sending some pictures, the problem was solved. No charge. Fantastic service.
