It's carefully optimized software that isn't stagnant and backed by thoughtful support. The tool that attracted me initially was Canvas, it's very easy to categorize and sequence tasks in that. Currently I use "Workflow" more, like a "kanban", to highlight which stage each project is at. These same workflow tasks can be viewed on the Gantt chart easily, in two clicks. Unfortunately, I don't have experience with teamwork through AYOA, as I'm the only one who uses it in the company, but I can say that there are enough tools for communication, changing priorities and assigning tasks. A ferramenta que me atraiu inicialmente foi o Canvas, muito fcil categorizar e sequenciar tarefas nisso. Atualmente utilizo mais o "Workflow", tipo um "kanban", para destacar em qual etapa est cada projeto. Essas mesmas tarefas do workflow podem ser visualizadas no grfico de Gantt facilmente, em dois cliques. Infelizmente no tenho experincia com trabalho em equipe pelo AYOA, pois s eu utilizo na empresa, mas posso afirmar que h ferramentas suficientes para a comunicao, mudana de prioridades e atribuio de tarefas.

I have used this software since back in the mind-map days, when you just purchased it once and downloaded. I think I first started using their software 7 years ago. After seven years of use I can say only great things about this company and product. I am so reliant now on this software it would be hard to get any of my work done without it. It helps me think, prioritize, strategize and get more done. The customer service is fantastic. Through the course of seven years every time I contact them I get speedy reply and friendly help. Top notch company and product!
