Visited this am. While husband was buying items for our son at the till, myself and our daughter stood in the trouser section. A female staff member was stood behind us looking at a phone type device. I said excuse me as I wanted to ask her something about the trousers. As she did not respond, I said excuse me a second time and smiled when she turned around. At this point I noticed she was holding a phone to her left ear. Her response was a glare and to hold a finger up in a shush gesture before walking off. (She was not talking to anyone on the phone nor was she at any point while stood behind us). As a shop owner myself, I was completely shocked to be addressed in this way. Appalling customer service by this individual and we regret spending our money in the shop.
