        I came to this store to replace 2 batteries for my wifes watches. me: hello , can I bother you sir Mr Lee( the guy behind the desk) : no you cant bother me. Me: I have this two watches and I would like new batteries Mr Lee. : we dont know if this watches are genuine still were gonna charge 90 each. Are you guys serious? I went Timpson from asda cardiff bay and done the same job for 15 each.

        Came in the other day to get 5 sets of keys for our work building reprinted and was pleasantly surprised with how chipper and cheerful the staff were that day. It was really nice to have a chat with the guy serving while I was waiting (I think his name was Allan? Ian? Alid? Really sorry, not 100%). The service was very quick and friendly. Getting house keys soon so definitely will be back when I need to change those! :)
