I recently used the services of Car Exporters UK to help export a vehicle from the England to USA (california in particular). I worked with James from day one and he was very patient in answering all my questions and he was very fast to respond. In particular, I used CE's services to: help buy the car from a private seller, tow the car to the port in Southampton, and filed all the necessary paper work for the export. Additionally, CE sent me the car's title and documentation via DHL in preparation for the import. James really helped make this process VERY straight forward. Tip for potential customers: There may / may not be additional ports for pick up depending on the RORO service. Check with CE to see if there is a port closer near your home. For example, I live in southern California so I thought Port Hueneme was the closest option, but it turns out Long Beach was an available port because the RORO service was stopping there 1 day before Port Hueneme. Tip for CE: it would be great if you provided clients with a FAQ on how the typical export process works with estimated times for each step. This would help alleviate stress for new customers that have never exported a car.
