        The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I have bought 2 different machines from them, one high end one many years ago and this month one for my teenage grand daughter a basic machine. Both times I have received a great service. Cheerful and helpful

        If only Id heard of J and B Sewing Machines before. Emailed the company to ask if they did repairs as my mothers Singer sewing machine (circa 1960s) wasnt working properly. Received an email very promptly to tell me to pop in the machine. Had wonderful service in the shop where I had a very informative instruction on why the machines tension was out while demonstrating it on the machine and it was tried and tested several times with different settings to ensure it was working properly before I left the shop. As I said to my husband You seldom get service like that nowadays. So thank you J and B.
