        I cashed in 69 of batteries and was told the money would be paid into my account " in about an hour" that was at 1:30 pm...at 3:30 their phone started going into answer service only.... Within minutes of contacting the company web site ( out of business hours) Jon got back to me and resolved the situation..that my friends is how to run a business...No Indian call center..No message saying due to covid....just good old customer service..what a breath of fresh air!
