Simply sublime. I recon you'd be lucky to find food this good in Seoul market but in a day market in a little old mining town in the mid Welsh valleys...wow. Have been meaning to go for ages and forgetting to book (you need to book-for good reason). Small but cosy with lovely staff, it's a nice place to be. But the food was soooo much more than I expected. Heard it was good and thought I'd have a nice street food lunch. But no, this is fine dining level only supremely tasty, no pretentiousness and beautiful presentation. All for the price of your lower end pub lunch. Shared the nicest dim sum I've tried, followed by spicy honey coated fried chicken thighs, SuChi rice and volcano rice. More than perfect. Janet's also lovely and very welcoming. This is somewhere worth traveling to try!

Made the trip to Pontypridd especially for here, absolutely worth the journey. Every dish was delicious, Sui Mai were excellent and we loved the Korean fried chicken. To drink I had a great pot of green tea with rose hip which was delicious. Cash only!
