Service was awful. When arrived and shown to our table we were told it was about 45 min wait for food, which is fine. But then the waiter said to us, the wait time could go up or down so good luck with that! Thought that was really rude. After an hour wait we received our main courses. I ordered the battered halloumi sizzler, my husband ordered the rump sizzler. Well they wasnt sizzling, more like swimming. It was obvious the frozen peppers and onions had been heated in the microwave and then put on the skillet leaving a residue of water on the skillet which resulted in soggy halloumi and soggy steak. To say it was a disappointment after waiting an hour was an understatement. We had been given Tesco clubcard vouchers for this meal so luckily hadnt paid for it. If we had, we would have complained. Instead we just left the restaurant without finishing our food. We will never visit again!

Tables were a little sticky but this is likely caused by the cleaning spray used. Recommend wiping the tables down with just water after spraying. Little bit of a delay in getting food but nothing too excessive and we were also advised to expect this at the time of seating. Food was served hot and fresh and there was plenty of it. Managed to feed me, partner and 3 kids for less than 50. Crown of burgers was a little haphazardly put together but likely due to burgers not fitting the bread. Otherwise enjoyable experience with pleasant staff. Would definitely recommend and will likely return again if I'm in the area.
