I have known Dr Helen for nearly twenty five years as a member of the psychology profession. I have been very fortunate to benefit from her psychological consultation, supervision, wisdom, advice and expertise over those years. Dr Helen has expert knowledge and skills in psychological, neuropsychological and therapeutic assessment, formulation and intervention. She has has provided psychological intervention through a number of modalities over the years including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Behaviour Analysis to different client groups including older adults, adults of working age and their families coping with all manner of mental health issues. Dr Helen is warm, kind and approachable and always professional. She also has many years experience in leading and delivering psychology services both within and now outside of the NHS.
