Should be 0 stars. By far the worst property management company I've had the misfortune of dealing with. An incredible turn over of "managers" who basically lie about services provided, while overseeing the general degrading of the development , with no regard for the people that live there. A true leach company. Thankfully property directors have removed them from our development, shame it wasn't sooner!
