Best estate agents we've had in the 4 years that we've been in Cardiff. Fair, honest and always handle any problems you may have. Best of all they dont try and rip you off at the end of your tenancy! You guys were great. Love the lads that have recently moved from Inverness Place.

By far the best agents Ive rented with. Always polite and they always responded immediately whenever we had a request and sorted all of our issues in no time. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Letting agencies are notoriously terrible in Cardiff, especially when they're dealing with students they don't hesitate to rip you off and con you for the most ridiculous things. I once had a letting agency try to charge for a rocking chair in the itinerary which none of us had ever seen before in our lives. I had rented with a few agencies before AJM and they were all terrible. Once we found these guys we stayed with them for the rest of our degree for 3 years without moving. They had a selection of lovely houses, a lot more homely than most properties we viewed elsewhere for good prices. The main reason we stayed with them however was because they provided a good quality service, were very professional throughout our tenancy and whenever we had a problem with anything (usually us breaking something) they would sort it right away with no bother and no charge. Really good agency run by genuinely nice people. Would highly recommend.

I signed a contract with AJM Property and due to some personal reasons, I needed to leave the house. I already paid 350 deposit. The agent told me that its my responsibility to find someone to take over my tenancy to get my deposit back, which i did. After I found someone, They stopped comunicating with me when i tried to reach them. The person was ready to move in immediately and pay rent, deposit and bills. I was supposed to get my deposit back but I got nothing. After one month, I finally got an email from AJM saying that theyre going to remove me from the contract and I have to pay 215 from my deposit. I dont know whats that money for because I found another tennant and the agency wont lost any money cause he was going to pay all the costs. This seems very unfair to me because I worked hard to find someone as Im an International student living in the UK alone and im paying all of my bills. When I asked the agency why is It like this, i didnt get an answer. Because of this, Im giving only 1 star because this is very nonprofessional behaviour and my experience was just bad.

slow to respond to emails. Don't finish jobs in timely fashion. Our drier hasn't worked since we moved in. They took it away and brought it back just. Before Christmas. Drier still doesn't work. the appliances don't work properly and half the kitchen cupboards are falling off their hinges (if they even have both) When I first moved in there was only a desk and a bed and a small cupboard (not what was shown to us in the initial viewing) while they were quick to respond to emails that occasion in providing us with furniture. The furniture that was provided was falling apart. In their defence they have also responded to emails very quickly on occasion as well as fixed a leaky roof very quickly Before moving into any student accommodation speak to the previous tenants without the person showing you round being present.
