FROM A TENANT OF 16 YEARS WORST LANDLORDS WE'VE EVER HAD, I advise you not to let a commercial property from this company, increased rent during the pandemic with no prior warning, unwilling to negotiate new lease terms at all. Kane the site manager/landlord will only speak on the phone and ignores Emails that most would prefer to have a record of things. Pointlessly charges Service and insurance charges while leaving the IND EST in a really bad way and units in disrepair, leaking unit roofs, overgrown trees and bushes blocking fire escapes and rats everywhere. TOTAL COWBOYS, my only regret is not challenging them in court.

i plucked up the courage today to retrieve my son bond on his flat, they are refusing to give any of it back from a 300 deposit as they are saying the carpets are damaged, they had already been damaged by the previous tennant who had been an alcoholic and put cigarettes out on the carpets, my son is dead so i will fight this but shouldnt have to so Karen Athay along with Richard Haywood properties of cardiff and Kane Athay you should be ashamed of yourselves, money grabbing abhorrent people, congratulations for making my grief, pain and horror worse.
