    We have received our promotional umbrellas and are absolutely delighted with the quality of them. We are pleased with the branding and the decal on the handle is a great finishing touch. They are far superior to any I have seen on other websites or samples I have received. They did take longer to arrive than we would have liked, but understand this was due to the current difficulties we are facing with imports into the country. This is the 2nd order we have received of the umbrellas and we would not hesitate to recommend iBrolly.

    Stay away from this company. Absolutely shocking service. The main culprit is Matthew Howard who is just the worlds most pushiest and unhelpful sales person. After trying to deal with him for several weeks if not months, it was always me chasing him and asking him to get a move on with the ordering process. We originally dealt with this company and placed an order a couple of years ago and they completely messed it up. The colours did not match our brands Pantone and the umbrellas were absolutely shocking quality and nothing like the samples. This time we gave them another chance but wanted to get things right with the right colours, sample umbrellas and a guarantee that the same issue would not happen again. We wanted to make sure they could match our brand colours to the Pantone as they specifically mention this on their website and it shouldnt be too hard to do. I sent them the Pantone colours as well as material with the colour on and had to keep chasing and chasing to get a colour sample sent. One of the other chaps in the office was actually very helpful however, as I was dealing with Matt every time I got him responding it was back to square one and all he was programmed to ask was how many umbrellas are you going to order (I am more than happy to share my email correspondence with anyone who wants to see). He would never address the issue with the sample and get that resolved and was always fixated with an order. It was really quite pathetic as I made it clear that he would get an order and that we wanted to do something quick so all he had to do was get us a colour sample we were happy with. After chasing earlier this week and asking for the samples to be sped up as we wanted to get an order delivered before Xmas and did not want to miss the rainy season I sent an email to Matt and chased things up. The response I got was simply how many will you be ordering and we need to place an order now before we received the sample. It was like talking to a brick wall. I got incredibly annoyed and sent an email back stating I was not happy with his pushy response and despite not getting my answer I told him that we would place an order of 50 umbrellas as long as we got a sample and signed it off. I also said that if he did not push me so much the order would have been double which is true as we wanted 100 pieces minimum on this order. I then received the most pathetic response I have ever seen from any company or individual representing it and I have pasted it so you can see for yourself as follows: Thanks for the feedback. I would advise your best in probably looking elsewhere for your branded umbrellas. I have tried with you on this project good luck in finding umbrellas that will hand in hand quality go with your brand. All the best J Many Thanks Matt Whats really concerning is that when he was pushed to supply a colour sample for the Pantone he clearly did not want to do this. This only leads me to believe that there is a clear reason behind this and that he does not feel that they can deliver what they are promising. As soon as the customer asks for something they want he just gets defensive and starts talking like a child. When your paying 27+vat per umbrella you should at least get the product that you want to order. In short, this is the second time in dealing with this company and BOTH experiences have been negative. I would suggest you save yourself the hassle and use one of the many, many alternative suppliers which Matthew Howard doesnt realise exist, who would be happy to take on anyones business and provide the service you deserve. Its certainly not like this company is cheaper than anyone else, so there are no other reasons left to deal with them. I would strongly urge the Directors to look at how their brand is being represented as Matthew Howard seems to think that the business does not need customers to survive.
