        We thought it would give us peace of mind going with a big brand for our IT support, how wrong can you be! From day one of the installation we have had nothing but problem after problem and the service provision has been terrible. After paying out thousands we are now having to look for someone to come in to rip it all back out and start again. Be warned whilst the promises made will be impressive the actual delivery will be shocking.
