        Rude staff. Dud not ask for permission before labeling my parcel for specially expensive delivery and had me having to pay. Refused to give my collection parcel and ended being returned. Instead, I use hermes shop ar the beginning of the street. Thank god hermes is there so I wont have to see the face of that people again.

        Random opening times i.e. doesnt open when they say they will. Indifferent staff attitude sometimes. What can you do when theyre the only Post Office local to you!

        NEW OWNERS have recently taken over. Brilliant service open on time and are very helpful. Definitely using this post office as my main one!!! Excellent service!!!

        Random opening times Terrible for parking and ridiculous queues Staff are friendly though. I'd rather use Grangetown post office especially as its open on a Sunday and late nights
