Waterloo Gardens Post Office

The two ladies are very friendly , very professional , very polite and welcoming. I always go there feel comfortable. but the young woman does not serve me well, she is absolutely rude, she does another job while I stand in front of her and wait, this is the second time I have seen her, when she did not talk to me, I left and went to the other lady , the person behind me she was serving well. I saw that it is racism. My friend told me the same thing.

I have been using this post office for the last 15 years. The staff here Diane, Karen, Lesley under the management of Jan are delightful. Nothing is too much trouble. I would go as far to say that I actually look forward to going into this shop. Always greeted by my name, always with a big smile and friendly welcome. I wish all shops could be like this. A great big thank you guys for everything you have helped me with.

great post office ,very helpful and friendly staff, fantastic service ,highly recommend using them one of the best post offices I've found its just a shame there not all like this anymore!!
