        Great Royal Post Office the place is inside the shop, so it's really convenient - when you're visit here, you can also do the small quick shopping. Great stuff! The Royal Mail stuff is friendly and polite. Thank you!

        Went In today to send a parcel back I've never done this before and have never been to this branch before. I spoke with a lady there told her and showed her what I was given by email she was very rude and unhelpful as I was asking for help then raising her voice absolutely disgusting customer service told me never to come back and I was on camera shocking never will I go back or recommend went to the other post office by fairwater green very helpful and sorted it out for me

        Honestly its hit and miss with this branch on wether you get good customer service or not the elderly woman is the most miserable rudest member of Royal Mail post office staff Ive ever met , if you want a good service and a good day Id go elsewhere .
