Been using this place a bit the last few months. Always happy and chatty, a great bunch of lads and ladies at the Rumney Sorting Office. Looking at some reviews on here. Who would be a postie. Thank you all for what you do!

Driver didn't even turn up didn't see his van everyone was home think he wanted an early finish didn't leave a note that they usually do I have cameras around the house not a sign of him absolute joke that you have to wait 2/3 days for redelivery as the website doesn't give pick up option very outdated website and service is good sometimes but not always some staff let the team down

I was discussed with all the thousands of rubber bans on the floor outside your business and the surrounding areas, i wounder how the environment agency would see it if reported. Seen a bird with one rapped around its leg. Sort it out or you are going to get reported to them, i think 5 day would be more than enough time to clean up your act!

This is not a delivery centre, it has turn to a collection centre, they cant be bothered to deliver anything all they do is put the red card in your post.
