I paid for two parcels to be delivered next day on the 9 dec only one has arrived. I know there has been disruption but still no sign of second parcel .i am really cross as planned ahead .the first parcel took 4 days to get to the recipient yet both posted together.if you cannot guarantee these services why bother

What a joke of a company. Q: Can I have a proof of postage? A: uuu we don't do that. Posting a parcel on Monday at 1pm? Sorry, we close at 12 on Mondays. What?!?!
