This branch in trethomas is ran by a lovely kind lady , it can be slow but that's because they care about each customer (esp the oldies) and doing the job properly ...thank youbfoe your service ladies (and 1 gent)

Man. Sad to see it go like that I wish it stayed as a post office. But became something else.

Just had a very distasteful experience as I was making a deposit. The money counted did not tally with what we counted and unfortunately the teller decided to put some of the money inside the till first before confirming the amount deposited and when recounting some of the money that was still on shelf, we picked up that it was more than what it was confirmed to be. This was not a big deal as mistake would have been on either side but the impatience and lack of desirable customer service was the issue where the teller was throwing tantrums and unacceptable body language shouting that I must look at the camera to prove she only put a certain amount (which I somehow believe) but in instances of disagreement it would be better if that money was still on shelf. That is all I was saying so that we can double check together and she felt that I am accusing her to have put the money she said it is in the till plus the money that the deposit is short of (which I never said) but maintain that when I recounted the money still on the shelf was not correctly counted by her. She even uttered words like next time you can go and get service elsewhere. So, the business is going to operate but the people of the hood should go elsewhere (that's so strange and upsetting). I wish this Trethomas post office could improve customer service to appetising standards to everyone (as she was chatty and friendly to customer before me). With this experience, it is hard to give even this one star. Let alone the recommendation.
