Clear Choice Plumbing and Heating

Seems like a genuinely nice guy on the phone, but Ive spent 4 weeks chasing them to get a quote for a boiler. I was told it would be with me in the next day or so every time! Multiple emails, texts and phone calls from my end and nothing achieved. Im only trying to give you work, sorry to bother you! Heard the workmanship is good however be prepared to wait! Ive gone elsewhere now for my plumbing.

Phoned this company for a quote for a new Central Heating system. My address was taken and i was promised someone would call at 5pm the following day. Rearranged my day ,however nobody called. Phoned the company who had no record of my call. The person who then took my call said he'd saved my number and would call me bach the following day to arrange a call out. Guess what?. No call was received. If a company is not interested in a job, please have the decency to say from the outset rather than messing people about!!

I can highly recommend Clear Choice Plumbing and Heating, my family use them for both our personal homes and our rented properties. The staff are always efficient, friendly and tidy. I have always been happy with the work they have done for us, fixing a boiler, tiling a bathroom or replacing a shower. Its good to find a business that you can trust to do the job well for a fair price.

Clear Choice Plumbing was called out two years ago to fix a damaged pipe caused by freezing temperature (only Company who answered their phone) issue was resolved promptly and professionally. I've since used them for all my plumbing needs. Strongly recommend
