Had a faulty boiler. Alex identified the problem and repaired promptly. We had a slight leak a few days later and he attended promptly to fix the tweak that was required following the initial fix. Would recommend and use again.

Fantastic service from Alex. Installed beautiful gas stove/fire, he was on time, efficient and price was incredibly competitive. No mess or fuss, minor problem with control on fire and Alex returned the next day without question to resolve. Would not hesitate to use again, highly recommended

Terrible service!! Friday Alex got intouch to confirm a date for servicing our fire place and potentially replacing two radiators. He confirmed a day which was the following Sunday between 10.30-11am as he was carrying out a job in our area. 11.30am we got intouch to ask if he was still due to carry out our job and the excuse we got was he was out on boiler breakdowns due to the snow and can we arrange a day for next week? Why couldnt you let us know this at 10.30am or 11am?? This is edited to your reply Alex.. Where did you offer to come to us after your emergency call outs?? Your text to us was.. "Can we arrange for a day next week"! You DID NOT!! say i will get to you after your emergency call outs and we would have been happy with that.. You are a liar and using the snow as an excuse.. When would you have actually let us know? Would you have been happy to let us stay in and wait all day for a text or a call from you? You would have known before 10am that you couldnt make it to us. A text that would have taken 10secs would have been fine!

Alex has been an exceptional tradesman from start to finish. We needed his help with an old, leaking boiler that needed replacing, and Alex was both friendly and efficient, making sure we were fully informed about picking our new boiler, installing it, and all that would be involved in such an effort. His work was extremely neat, tidy and carried out promptly (this included fully relocating the boiler as well as replacing the old one, including re-routing the flue etc). We had absolutely no issues with communication or time keeping at any point, as Alex made sure he always kept us up to date. The quote was highly competitive, and was spot on with the final cost. We would highly recommend Alex at A.T Heating and Plumbing - after some previous bad experiences with other trades companies, he has definitely restored our faith. Da iawn, Alex!
