Jamie came out to look at the problem. Very knowledgeable. Was going to provide two quotes for us to choose from and then we never heard from him again. Now he is not answering any of my messages or phone calls. Clearly not interested in the job. Such a shame that he couldn't tell us that at some point. I have wasted two weeks trying to get hold of him and now I have to find another plumber and start again.
