Crystal Clear Plumbing

We used this company for 2 complete bathroom renovations. We bought fitted bathroom units from howdens and everything else (toilet, bidet, shower, bath, taps, etc) in readiness for the job. From day one there were always issues. Luke seemed extremely nice, but not great at problem solving nor professional and perfectionist. Always complained on how howdens units were not suitable for bathrooms, and he rushed through the job to please his uncle who was in charge of the tilling. The fitted units and worktops were fitted in a rush so the tile could be done! The tilling was badly done for someone who claimed to have so many years of experience. A few tiles have since fallen off from the bath side panel. The shower had new plaster board fitted, so there shouldn't be any excuses of the walls not being straight and still the tiles have not been fitted correctly and there are bumps and tiles not levelled everywhere. The fake drawer that should be the access to the cistern was glued!! We agreed on a small discount to compensate for some errors, but in hindsight, we shouldn't have paid anything until it was all rectified, but we didn't want to drag this any further. We ended paying more to another builder to do what Luke should've done and couldn't and we're stuck with a bathroom and a shower room that have multiple defects. If you've read this until the end, don't you find strange that there aren't any good recent reviews for this company?... Services: Faucet installation, Shower installation, Toilet installation

Please do not use this company. They are the worst plumbers i have had ever seen. I over tightened up a radiator fitting and caused a leak. 43 call out and 84 per half hr. He sorted out the leak and put new valves on radiator, worst job I've ever seen. He used compressions joints instead of solder looks disgusting. Cost was 300 He managed to make it last one and a half hours. Please DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY COMPANY Service: Faucet repair

Superb service and work, and excellent value. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am a woman living alone, and felt totally safe and happy with Crystal Clear Plumbing working in my home.
