Scott is an absolute first class plumber. Professional, courteous, and a brilliant service. He re-modelled the bathroom, moving the toilet, sink, heater, removing the shower, replacing all of the old tiling and inserted a new bath. He was punctual, friendly, and kept the disruption of having a bathroom re-fit to the absolute minimum. Absolutely recommend Scott to anyone, a really great fella. Scott was excellent, would absolutely recommend. His work was great, despite the various oddities of our house's plumbing, he solved all issues that he came across. Very happy with the new cloakroom, tiling and fixtures are great, and new radiator is a vast improvement. I'm incredibly grateful to Scott for his responsiveness over text, he was always quick to respond and let me know what time he was going to arrive. Would use again - indeed, have had him over for three separate issues / replacements now. Brilliant service same day fix on leaky cistern! Which gave me great peace of mind not worrying about the leak for days on end. Such great service we also asked Scott to replace some taps. Scott arranged to come back the next day to do this and even sourced the new taps and other materials needed for us. Again, removing all the hassle. Definitely recommend this local company who are both friendly and have a focus on customer service. I will use The Cardiff Plumbers again in the future to replace some old towel rails.
