        My faith in customer service has been restored. Went into the Cardiff branch and asked for some advice about polycarbonate to use on windows in a care home for severely disabled children to protect the glass. The gentlemen behind the counter could not be more helpful. (Sorry I didn't get his name). I went back the next day to buy a sheet, Paul served me only to find out later he was the General Manager. Once again excellent service, he obviously leads his staff by example.

        Purchased plastic sheeting for a garage window. From the off service was superb very helpful. Thank you Charlie for all you help and advise. Thank you to the guy who cut the sheet (sorry I dont have a name ) also very helpful and courteous.No hesitation in recommending your company . Thanks Jim
