DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, just paid 25 for my order on their website and no food has come. Phoned up the place and the man on the phone was very rude, refused to give refund or send a replacement. Sort yourself out.

Ordered a mix donner all salads and garlic Sauce XL for 13 it was dry not much meat a leaf of Lettuce a sprinkle of sauce unfortunately I will be not ordering from This place again

OK, so I'm not sure who has now taken over Pizza Palace, but you're not doing a very good job!! I've been a regular customer for years. I placed an order last night for nearly 30, money taken, order confirmed, nothing turned up, nobody answered the phone. Then you closed. Voicemail and several calls today, and I'm still waiting for a response from the so called manager, who isn't in tonight, and the staff on site have forwarded him my order information and are still awaiting a response from him as to whether I can receive my food tonight or get a refund!!! What an absolute joke! Listen mate, if you are in charge and don't delegate responsibilities for your staff to make decisions in your absence, then you are seriously in the wrong position. If you paid for a 30 tshirt and didn't receive it, and was told by the seller, oh sorry, I'm keeping your money, and I can't send you what you have paid for until possibly tomorrow when my manager finally responds with further instruction, i am positove you wouldnt be happy would you???. It has been confirmed you know about last night's mess up, and you have still done NOTHING, except clog up your phone line, and created unnecessary phone calls from me to your staff members. Keep the food, I want my money back in cash and will be there to collect tomorrow evening. Have it ready please!!!! Perhaps that's something you're actually capable of doing, because you certainly can't fulfill a food order and delivery! Vegetarian options: Don't bother the food doesn't turn up with new management , system fault is to blame , shame it still took my money!!!
