Plas Pilates

Ive been attending Plas Pilates group classes for around 8 months now after discovering Pilates during lockdown. Sasha is a great teacher she really knows how to push you but takes care of your body and does it all with a wicked sense of humour. Most definitely recommend the studio.

Ive been going to Plas Pilates for over a year now. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Sasha is an excellent and supportive instructor. Her classes are exacting but fun enabling all her clients to achieve their best. Dont hesitate to join!

I have been practising Pilates with Sasha for 3 years. She has supported my body through a time when I have had to spend long hours working at a desk and running around after a toddler in my spare time. I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated after a session with Sasha and my core muscles have improved immensely. Whether you want to improve your flexibility, your core or learn to relax your muscles, I highly recommend Sasha and Plas Pilates for all your Pilates needs.

What a brilliant studio, led by Sasha Crandall. Having returned to Pilates when lockdown eased, I discovered Plas Pilates.. Sasha and her team have great energy and make each class thoroughly enjoyable. The studio is modern with great equipment and Sasha takes great interest in exploring each client's needs, ensuring the exercises match their capabilities. Definitely the No.1 spot for Pilates in Cardiff!

I first met Sasha when she was still a student and she took a mat class in a church hall in Chiswick. I thought even then that she had a really warm manner as well as an encyclopaedic knowledge of human anatomy. Imagine how experienced she is over 20 years later! She has kept my body going, through major foot surgery and chronic back problems, as well as the standard aches and pains of ageing. During lockdown she ran superb online mat classes and kept up the spirits of all her clients. She understands my body much better than any other healthcare worker - and certainly much better than I do myself. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any and every one of my acquaintance. She must never be allowed to retire.
