I received excellent care from Bethany Davies at Ascenti Physiotherapy in Cardiff. She is very Knowledgable and makes you feel comfortable and welcome.

Had 6 Physio Sessions with Bethany Davies - She helped me understand my injury by explaining it in more understandable terms than doctors previously. I've gone from being unable to apply pressure to my ankle to now having no pain, and full mobility in it, over six sessions. Each session progressed with additional exercises being provided at a reasonable pace, appropriate to my strengths/weaknesses. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking for physiotherapy, and although hope not to need it again this would be my first choice if required.

I was lucky enough to be seen be Beth Davies from Ascenti. I had 4 fractures and broken ankle. I was competing in rowing again after only 5 sessions.

Came here with problems with my Knee. Haari was great, had about 6 sessions and really see some improvement in my Knee. Will come again if anything else pops up.
