I sent my camera and lenses off to be calibrated for the first time. CFSS came highly recommended to me by lots of photographers and I am glad I went with them. The process to package and send off my equipment was well organised and seamless. I didn't have any concerns about the safety of my equipment being sent to and from CFSS and felt it was all extremely well protected. The customer service Jon has provided has been A1 and I would recommend them to anyone. He has taken the time to explain various settings to me after the job was done, sent me helpful information to refer to and even offered to talk things through over the phone. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks so much Jon.

I had been recommended Jon by a fellow photographer, as my images were a tad softer then they should have been. From the beginning of my contact Jon rest mind at sending 10k worth of kit to him. He sent a Peli case for me to pack my stuff- nothing was left to chance. When Jon began work on my cameras, he noticed that there was a fault with both- that needed fixing by a Nikon technician. He knew a company that he trusted to do this. As there always is with me- there was a problem, I am due to leave for a wildlife trip to Uganda- so turnaround time was very short. Not a problem for Jon- he arranged for the technician to give this job priority, got the cameras back- waved his magic wand, and has sent them back to me the same day. I will be forever in Jon and his teams debt! This is what I call service!
