        One star and thats too many. My husband went to get my prescription and was told they didnt have one of the tablets and to come back next week. I wouldnt take them at all if I didnt need them. Rang them 199 times and then they put the phone down on me. Never again !!

        Trying to get through on the phone is impossible,I wouldn't have expected such a thing happening coming from such a company,i don't understand why they cant get a YTS to answer their phones for them,they wouldnt even have to pay their wages because the job centre would be paying it,in the store though they are hard workers,I must be honest,best in Cardiff I have to say,its just the bloody phones need to be answered,why cant a robot be answering the phones?
