        Eventually answered the phone after hours of trying to find if they have medication in stock. Phone was put down and I overheard the staff complaining that they would be "operating at a loss" if they ordered the medication in so they should fob me off. Phone was picked up again and was told they couldn't get it because of "head office"...whatever that means! No alternatives offered, no help whatsoever. Judging by the other reviews I'm not alone in my complete and utter distain towards this pharmacy

        My Doctor said that I can use Caneston cream for a facial skin condition and call to the pharmacy so I went to the pharmacy in Tesco culverhouse cross on 16/10/22 and when I mentioned this to the girl on the desk she said she couldnt sell it to me as its not for the face ??? Whos right doctor or shop assistant ? But she did embarrass me by saying that she wouldnt sell it to me quite loud in front of other customers !! I even asked my wife to buy it and the shop assistant said No ! I left quite upset
