If I could give this place zero stars then I would! Staff are rude and so slow. Never in my life have I waited 45 minutes for a prescription with 3 things in it when there was me and three other people in there. Absolutely ridiculous and reading the other reviews on Google I am not the only one!! I might as well have driven to another Pharmacy to collect my prescription; it would have been quicker than waiting in there. Place needs shutting down and/or new staff that can actually do their jobs properly!

Absolutely disgusted with the way the staff treated me. Went to get my medication to be told I had to get my prescription from the doctors. I had then got my prescription notes to take to the pharmacy for them to have already locked the door and saying I could not come in as they were on lunch from 1:00 until 2:00 but the time was 12:45 I live too far away to have come back and also had work for them to do this was very stressful and is not the first time I have had a bad experience with them! Same woman every time very upset

Absolutely disgraceful Why is this chemist still open... There slow,rude and just Don't care.. 238 times in a week tried phoning as didn't get my full prescription... An hour wait when nobody in there,go back 10 mins later to say I'd go elsewhere and Yep prescription Done They say there short staffed the7yare no different if several staff in there.

Website said open till 7pm on a Friday. Actually closed at 5pm.
