My local pharmacy stuff overwhelmed with work load but with patience you will still receive your prescriptions on time or on the due date. Thank you

Although waiting times can be long when the pharmacy is busy, staff are always extremely polite and try their best. I over heard a patient being extremely rude to one member of staff for not having their medication because they had run out but once the staff member contacted the surgery they told the patient that the surgery had arranged an appointment for them to have a review, to which the patient said oh I forgot about that didnt apologise for being rude at all. I just give them their time and they are absolutely fine for me. The staff have always told me to leave about a week for repeat prescriptions and Ive never had a problem!

Shocking. Lost my repeat prescription and couldn't care less. Been having problems here for months. No organisation and they simply don't care. Really bad and further complaints will come. Avoid!!!
